Please note that in order for a class to run it must have a minimum of 8 attendees. Maximum number is 15 attendees per class. Larger classes undertaken on customized basis e.g. corporate teambuilding.

Session 2 - Sunday 20th May 11am -3pm (Curries - vegetable, chicken, pork, lamb, beef & Shrimp)
Session 3 - Sunday 3rd June 11am - 4pm (Nan Bread, pilafs, desserts and creating fusion cuisine)
5 Day Cooking Course - suitable for beginners and those confident in the kitchen - limit of 8 per course
16th - 20th July from 11am - 2pm or 5-8pm (Knife skills, kitchen safety, Sauce making, braising, roasting, steaming and baking methods)
